Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds. If you wish to return merchandise for a refund, you must contact us at support@playmessiah.com or phone (800) 711-1622 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will gladly issue a full credit (less shipping) upon receipt of the merchandise and its re-entry into our inventory. To qualify for a full refund less the shipping fees, the product must meet the following conditions:

• You must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• Product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• Product must accompany a letter stating the reason for return.
• Product must be returned to us with in 45 days from the date of purchase. Any return after the 45 day grace period is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Product must be accompanied by Original Receipt or Invoice.
• If paid with Credit Card you must supply the credit card number and expiration date

Items listed above like Invoices and Credit Card information are critical to a speedy return. Not supplying Messiah with this information will not only delay your return as we need to locate this information but, may also cost you a small fee for our time. If you purchased a product from Messiah and received a discount, or free shipping, and you thereafter decide to return the merchandise purchased, you will be held responsible for the actual shipping and handling fees (we will deduct the same from any credit issued on your original purchase price), even though you were not originally charged shipping and handling. This is to avoid customers abusing our generosity in this area.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective merchandise, you must contact us at support@playmessiah.com or by phone at (800) 711-1622 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is Messiah’s exclusive prerogative. We will gladly exchange or repair your product. To qualify for replacement or repair the product must meet the following conditions:

• You must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• Product must be returned to us with in 45 days from the date of purchase. Any return after the 45 day grace period is subject to a terms and conditions of the product warranty.
• Product must accompany a letter stating the defect or problem with the product.
• Product must be accompanied by Original Receipt or Invoice.

Items listed above like Invoices and Credit Card information are critical to a speedy return. Not supplying Messiah with this information will not only delay your return as we need to locate this information but, will may also cost you a small fee for our time.

Cancellations

If you are paying via credit card please be aware that if you place and order with Messiah and we process your credit card (run approval and complete the transaction) and you then choose to cancel the order (before the product is shipped or if you refuse the package when delivered or if you are making a return for no apparent reason i.e. you ordered the wrong thing or you over extended yourself financially, you will be charged 10% of the total amount, even though the order has not been filled. This due to the fact that Messiah is normally charged a 5% credit card processing fee by the credit card companies for the transaction of taking your money and another 5% processing fee to issue a credit it back to you. This 10% cancellation fee covers these lost charged and any labor changes for the paperwork incurred in the process. If we have not charged your credit card, then there is no 10% fee. Normally credit card transactions are completed with in 15 minutes of your order being placed. Be sure you really wish to order what you ask for as a cancellation will cost you money. This obviously does NOT apply to any additions, or subtractions to your order, ONLY CANCELATIONS.

Lifetime Warranty – Heavily Used Damaged Items From Normal Wear and Tear

Messiah Entertainment, Inc. (“Messiah”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and / or workmanship and normal wear and tear. However, if you should experience any difficulties, Messiah Entertainment, Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on this product. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Messiah at its option will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that Messiah Entertainment, Inc. determines to be defective according to the process identified below.

In the event that the product is not serviceable or cannot be replaced, Messiah Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right to replace the item with a different product up to the same retail value of the original product. This limited warranty: (a) does not apply if the product is used in a business or for a commercial purpose: and (b) is void if any difficulties with the product are related to accident, not cleaning your games (or improper cleaning), abuse, negligence, modification, tampering, misapplication or any other causes unrelated to the defective materials and/or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact us at support@playmessiah.com or by phone at (800) 711-1622 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is Messiah’s exclusive prerogative. We will gladly exchange or repair your product. To qualify for replacement or repair the product must meet the following conditions:

• You must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• Include a $5 money order for return shipping and handling.
• Include a letter stating the defect or problem with the product.
• Product must be accompanied by Original Receipt or Invoice.

Not supplying Messiah with this information will not only delay your return as we need to locate this information but, may also cost you a small fee for our time. No items will be accepted for warranty service without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Send the defective product, postage pre-paid with the above items to:

LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is Messiah Entertainment’s exclusive prerogative. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL MESSIAH ENTERTAINMENT, INC., IT’S RETAILER OR SUPPLIERS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. The provisions of the warranty are valid in the United States and Canada only. Some states/jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and/or exclusions of liability may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
